Wingaddict is the go-to resource for the wing enthusiast seeking out the best wings in their region (covering these regions for now: NY, PA, NJ, MD, CT, MA, NH, and ME).  Covering small dives, regional chains, and national chains alike, primary emphasis will be on the dive considering the ubiquity of buffalo wing chain restaurants.  The blog covers variations and reinventions of the buffalo wing, the crispness of the wing, breaded vs. non-breaded, spice factor, the virtues of both small and big wings, the different ways of eating the wing, madcap wing capers, wing events, recipes, preferences on how wings should be served, pairings with beer (dare i say wine!), and more.

Makes me want to take a trip to Syracuse….great stories along w/ the wing reviews…like your adjectives…especially “ochre” …very painterly.

I can’t think of a food more deserving of a blog than wings. Your reviews to date have been mouth-watering feasts for the eyes. I find myself wanting to hit a dive bar with some buds, order up some wings, and brews, kick back, relax and catch up. What are your thoughts on a dirty martini with wings, I think the flavors would play well together, particularly if the dirty mart has BLUE CHEESE stuffed olives. Keep the reviews coming!
